What is it?

This is a combination of in person and online training.

​

Weekly one on one coaching allowing you to work through key points and details in person, in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. Combined with daily online contact to keep you accountable around nutrition & engaged with your training. This will inspire positive change in your habits & behaviours to keep you on the path to achieve your goals.

Think about when you learned a language or a musical instrument as a child (or adult). You had your lesson once a week and sometimes did not practice between lessons and made very little progress, if any. But that one week you practiced, you made strides forwards and what was once hard work became easy and second nature. This is the same. Once a week in person training, but then you will have the coach helping your practice and stay on track each and every day of the wee week until we hit your goal.

This is an education just as much as it is a plan to enact physical change. You will be learning skills that will shape the rest of your life for the better.
