Are you Covid Safe?
We have done everything in our power to keep you safe. We provide hand gel and clean down between clients.
Do you have toilet facilities?
Yes there are facilities if you need on site.
Do you have changing facilities?
We recommend arriving in your work out clothing. However if that’s not possible, you can have the gym totally to yourself to get changed.
I want to get fit but have a young child. Is it possible to bring them and train while they “hopefully” asleep?
Yes of course. There is plenty of space for a pram / buggy and if we need to take a little break that’s totally fine.
Is there parking?
Yes, either on the driveway, or plenty of “on road” parking.
If in the January special offer, I work out with a friend, will my at home / gym work out be for both or us, or me individually?"
You individually. Your goals may be similar but I will tailor your plans to help you maximise your results.
